Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Times depend on your region — we print local where we can.
- USA: 5–10 business days
- EU (incl. Germany): 5–12 business days
- UK: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
This includes 2–5 days production time. Every shirt is made fresh when you order — no warehouse, no overstock.
Where do you ship from?
Hoopblock uses local print partners across the US, EU, UK, and Australia. Your order ships from the partner closest to you — faster delivery, lower shipping costs, smaller footprint.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. If you can enter your address at checkout, we ship there.
Are there customs or import fees?
For deliveries outside the production region (e.g. orders from countries we don't have local partners in), customs fees may apply. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are on the buyer unless the item arrived defective.
How do I start a return?
Email us at luckyandhappypod@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 24h on workdays.
What if my shirt arrives damaged or defective?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a free replacement — no return shipment needed for defective items.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because every shirt is made-to-order, we don't carry stock for direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return the unworn item within 14 days and place a new order.
Products & Sizing
What's the t-shirt material?
Bella+Canvas 3001 — premium Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Soft, durable, retail-grade fit. Built for daily wear, not just events.
How does the fit run?
Bella+Canvas runs slightly fitted compared to classic mass-market tees. If you want a relaxed fit, size up. If you want a tailored look, stick with your usual size. Size chart is on every product page.
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out. No bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Treat it right and it'll last.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna where available. All payments are securely processed.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering — after that, production has likely started and we can't pull it back. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Will I be charged in my local currency?
Prices show in USD by default. At checkout, you can see and pay in your local currency where supported. Your bank handles the conversion.

Hoopblock is independently run from Germany by someone who plays the game. Small operation, no team of marketers, real human responses to every email.
Do you take design suggestions?
Sometimes. If you have an idea that fits the brand, email us. We don't promise to use every suggestion, but the best ones come from people who actually play.
